We are so excited to continue our second year through The Peaceful Preschool curriculum! I wrote a detailed post sharing a recap of our first year and outlined how we plan to expand the curriculum for year two. You can check out our daily schedule in that post as well. The “Letter A” unit from The Peaceful Preschool can always be downloaded for free if you are interested in seeing if this curriculum would be a good fit for your family. The Playful Pioneers curriculum is also available for children who are older (K-2). Below are affiliate links for your convenience.
As mentioned in the post that I linked to above, we are doing the alphabet out of order this year. I have grouped the letters into the seasons that best match the provided activities and topics. Throughout each season I will select one of the letters based off of things that interest us at that time. Even though we are switching up the order of the alphabet this year, the curriculum can be done in any order and can be started at any point throughout the year. Our first year we began in February!

All of the projects are taken from The Peaceful Preschool or from our Letter C Unit from last year. The link will take you to additional free projects, printables, and other “Letter C themed” books that we recommend! This will allow you to connect with and gain encouragement from other families taking part in the curriculum.
Finally, you can see from the unit calendar that we do not hit all “subjects” every day. Things like our additional math and reading curriculums will only take place approximately 3 times a week.
